The house was great! Kitchen had almost everything you would need! The kids loved the games, lingo pong and basketball. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our family of 5.

The house was as described. Clean and well organized. Walking distance to town and to the baseball stadium. We were very happy with the overall experience and would definitely rent again.

Impressive, well stocked, clean, better than expected!
We stayed at Clover Cottage during a recent soccer tournament at IMG. Clover Cottage was even better than expected! Wonderfully decorated, very clean, impressively stocked, and so many thoughtful touches that enhanced our stay. Communication with Rich was excellent. Proximity to IMG even with traffic and holiday weekend crowds ranged from 15-20 minutes. Traffic to the beaches was heavier due to the holiday weekend, 30 minutes to Bradenton Beach and at least 45 to Anna Maria Island.
